Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings made through apclub.net.

1. Cancellation by the Customer

  • All cancellations must be made via email to support@apclub.net.
  • Cancellation charges may apply depending on the nature of the tour/package.
  • For cancellations made:
    • More than 30 days before departure: Full refund (after deducting transaction charges).
    • 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund.
    • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.

2. Cancellation by AP Club

  • In rare cases, we may cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, or operational issues.
  • In such cases, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

3. Refund Processing

  • All eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be made through the same payment method used during booking (e.g., Razorpay).
  • AP Club is not liable for any delay caused by the bank or payment gateway.

4. Non-Refundable Charges

  • Booking fees, convenience charges, and government taxes are non-refundable.
  • Any third-party services (flights, hotel bookings, etc.) are subject to their respective refund policies.

5. Force Majeure

Refunds are not provided for cancellations due to situations beyond our control (e.g., natural calamities, political unrest, pandemics, etc.).
